1. Service owner
PRG Command Center is a PRG product from Duke2 Innovations, LLC. “PRG,” “Command Center,” “we,” and “our” refer to the product and its owner as the context requires.
2. Invitation-only access
Beta access is personal, limited, revocable, and available only to approved testers. A request does not guarantee approval. Do not share an invitation link, account, or access method. Expired invitations must be reissued by an administrator.
3. No beta charge
No payment is required for approved controlled-beta access. Public paid enrollment, renewals, and checkout are paused until the planned January 1, 2027 relaunch.
4. Beta condition
The service is being tested. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, changed, or removed. Saved information may be affected by planned changes. Keep independent copies of anything important.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate request and contact information.
- Use only test data or ordinary low-sensitivity planning information.
- Protect your sign-in method and report suspected misuse.
- Follow the Beta Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Report meaningful problems and provide honest feedback when asked.
6. Prohibited records and claims
Do not use the beta as a system of record for confidential student, medical, financial, employment, counseling, credential, or regulated information. Do not represent the beta as HIPAA, FERPA, financial-services, employment-record, or comparable compliance software.
7. Ownership
Duke2 Innovations, LLC owns PRG Command Center, its branding, design, framework presentation, and product materials. You retain rights in information you lawfully submit. You grant permission to process that information only as needed to operate and improve the beta under the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security risk, failure to follow beta requirements, inactivity, product changes, or the end of the beta. You may stop participating and request account or data deletion through Support.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The beta is provided for evaluation and planning support, not professional legal, medical, financial, educational, or mental-health advice. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or fitness for a specific regulated purpose.
10. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated as testing continues. Continued use after notice of a material change means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through the Support form.
