Allowed use
Approved testers may use the beta for personal organization, PRG planning, ordinary task management, product evaluation, and other uses specifically approved during the beta.
Prohibited use
- Entering confidential student, medical, financial, counseling, employment, credential, or regulated records.
- Sharing invitations, accounts, access methods, or another person's information without permission.
- Attempting to bypass approvals, authorization checks, rate limits, or security controls.
- Probing, scanning, disrupting, reverse engineering, or exploiting the service or another tester's data.
- Uploading malware, unlawful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, or deceptive information.
- Using the beta to make automated high-impact decisions about education, employment, health, credit, housing, or legal rights.
- Claiming that unfinished tools or integrations are released, certified, or compliant when they are not.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or security vulnerabilities through Support. Do not publicly disclose a possible vulnerability before Duke2 Innovations has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.
Enforcement
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended when activity creates risk or violates these rules. Serious unlawful conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities when required.
