1. Who operates this service
PRG Command Center is a PRG product owned and operated by Duke2 Innovations, LLC. Questions and requests may be submitted through the Support form or sent to marc.dickerson@duke2innovations.org.
2. Information we collect
- Invitation-request information, including name, email, applicant type, organization, intended use, referral source, approvals, consent, and feedback status.
- Support requests and the information you choose to provide in them.
- Identity information needed to sign in and confirm approved beta access.
- Information an approved tester intentionally saves in the Command Center, such as PRG plans and tasks.
- Limited technical and security records needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
3. How information is used
Information is used to review beta requests, control access, operate requested features, respond to support needs, investigate errors or security concerns, improve the product, and meet applicable legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
4. Controlled-beta data limits
Do not enter confidential student, medical, financial, employment, counseling, authentication, or legally restricted records. The beta is not represented as HIPAA-, FERPA-, or similarly regulated-record compliant. Use test information or ordinary low-sensitivity planning data only.
5. Service providers and integrations
Vendors that host, secure, authenticate, or operate the service may process limited information on Duke2 Innovations' behalf. Calendar, email, and other external integrations are not active unless the interface clearly says otherwise. Before any integration is enabled, the interface will identify the permission requested and provide a way to disconnect it.
6. Cookies and local device storage
The public daily check-in is not saved or shared. Signed-in areas may use essential cookies for identity, security, and session operation. The interface may use local device storage for non-authoritative preferences, such as dashboard layout or a dismissed notice. The controlled-beta site does not use advertising cookies.
7. Retention, export, and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate and evaluate the beta, respond to requests, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Use the Support form to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account information. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed. Residual backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation is complete.
8. Minors and school use
Public beta requests are intended for adults. A minor, school, or student group may participate only after separate written approval and any required parental, school, district, or institutional consent. Do not submit protected student records.
9. Security and incidents
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no beta system can promise absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access, data exposure, or misuse immediately through Support and choose “Security or privacy concern.”
10. Changes
This policy may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, a notice to approved testers.
