A controlled test with clear boundaries.
Beta access is for people willing to test responsibly and give useful feedback. It is not a production system for confidential records.
Use appropriate information
Use test data or ordinary low-sensitivity planning information. Never enter confidential student, medical, financial, employment, counseling, or password information.
Test with purpose
Try the tools in normal life and work, note what is unclear, and report errors, missing steps, or misleading labels.
Expect change
Features, layouts, availability, and saved data behavior may change during testing. Integrations are not active unless clearly marked.
Stay in control
Use Support to report a security or accessibility issue, disconnect from the beta, request an export, or ask for account and data deletion.

What testers need to know.
Who can participate?
Adults approved by Marc Dickerson may participate. Minors, schools, and student groups require separate written approval and appropriate parent or institutional consent.
Does the beta cost anything?
No. Approved beta testers are not charged. Public paid enrollment is paused until the coordinated January 1, 2027 relaunch.
What information may I enter?
Use test data or ordinary low-sensitivity planning information only. Do not enter confidential student, medical, financial, employment, or counseling records.
What do testers agree to do?
Use the system realistically, report problems, identify confusing steps, and provide direct feedback about what works and what needs improvement.
Can features change?
Yes. This is an active beta. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product is tested and secured.
How do I report a problem or request deletion?
Use the Support form for technical problems, accessibility issues, security concerns, account help, data export, or deletion requests.
