1. Eligibility and approval
Participation requires Marc Dickerson's approval. Public requests are intended for adults. Minors, schools, teams, or student groups require separate approval and any necessary written consent.
2. Personal invitation
An invitation is issued to one approved email address, expires after the stated period, and may not be transferred or shared. Authentication alone does not grant beta access; the signed-in identity must match an approved invitation.
3. Tester commitments
- Use the product in realistic but low-risk situations.
- Identify broken, confusing, misleading, or incomplete experiences.
- Report issues with enough detail to reproduce them when possible.
- Respond to reasonable feedback requests during the testing period.
- Avoid public claims that unfinished features are fully released or guaranteed.
4. Data restrictions
Use test data or ordinary low-sensitivity planning information. Do not enter confidential student, medical, financial, employment, counseling, authentication, or legally restricted data. Remove or replace real names and identifying details when testing does not require them.
5. Known limitations
Some dashboard surfaces are still testing, and calendar, email, and other external service connections remain planned unless expressly marked active. Features may change and downtime may occur. Keep an independent copy of important information.
6. Feedback permission
You may provide comments, ideas, examples, or problem reports. Duke2 Innovations may use that feedback to evaluate and improve PRG Command Center without identifying you publicly unless you separately give permission.
7. Problems, export, and deletion
Use Support to report a problem, security concern, accessibility barrier, or revoked permission. The same form may be used to request account closure, data export, correction, or deletion.
8. Beta period and access end
The controlled beta is planned to continue until the coordinated January 1, 2027 relaunch unless ended or extended. Access may be revoked earlier for security, misuse, nonparticipation, product changes, or violation of this agreement.
